Fitness Tips

  • Early in the morning drink a liter of water kept on the pot of copper laid.
  • Do yoga for some time. Standing with support of both feet take the hand up, as can be.
  • Do pranayama 10 to 15 minutes. Then do the exercise or gym as body favorable 
  •  If possible, then sit naked and take the sunbath. It will not give the body vitamin D deficiency.
