            Yogasan, which relieves back pain: If you are struggling with fatigue, increasing weight, and pain of psyche then do "Shalabhasan", it reduces the fat of the feet and keeps the digestion right. 

        If you are troubled by back pain, fatigue, and increasing weight then doing "Shalabhasana" is beneficial. Shalabh is a Sanskrit word that means locust or grasshopper in English. Shalabhasan gives relief from pain in sciatica and lower back. It improves digestion and shapes muscles.

Do such postures

  • To perform Shalabhasana, first, you have to come to Makarasana's posture. Lie flat on the ground and keep your feet away from each other.
  • Place your forehead on your palms. Now, moving forward from Makar Asana, join your two legs together.
  • Now keep both hands close to the body in such a way that both the palms are facing towards the sky and your chin is on the ground.
  • Taking a deep breath, lift your legs above the ground with the help of your hips.
  • Raise your legs as high as you can without lifting your knees.
  • You can use your arms to keep the legs elevated so that you can keep your body stable.
  • Now breathe and release normally and be comfortable for 10-20 seconds.
  • After staying in this easy for 10-20 seconds, slowly bring your feet to the ground while exhaling.
