In the Nepali tradition, it is customary to eat yogurt and sugar for good luck. But, scientifically, eating yogurt and sugar on an empty stomach has many health benefits. When yogurt is mixed with sugar, it acts as a catalyst that is physically and mentally beneficial.

‘Superfood’
            Yogurt is considered a superfood. It has many qualities. Which is beneficial for our body. Yogurt strengthens the digestive process. Consumption of yogurt every day solves stomach related problems. In addition, yogurt contains a variety of nutrients. Yogurt is rich in important nutrients like Calcium, Vitamin B-12, Vitamin B-2, Magnesium, and Potassium. Eating yogurt with sugar is even more beneficial to the body. Eating yogurt and sugar when you go out of the house increases the amount of glucose in the body and gives energy to the body.

1. Good bacteria
            The good bacteria found in yogurt helps indigestion. These bacteria are considered beneficial for the stomach. Eating yogurt increases such as bacteria. Which promotes immunity power. It also protects against serious diseases such as cancer.





2. No burning sensation in the stomach
            Eating yogurt and sugar for breakfast does not cause stomach irritation throughout the day. It reduces the amount of acidity in the stomach. In Ayurveda, sugar is considered beneficial for the stomach. This reduces bile defects. Eating yogurt on an empty stomach in the morning keeps you refreshed throughout the day.

3. Reduce UTI and irritation
            Eating yogurt and sugar can get rid of problems like cystitis and UTI. Reduces inflammation in the anus and bladder. Yogurt is considered essential for people who drink less water. Yogurt contains Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Folate, Calcium, Vitamin B-12, Vitamin B-2, Magnesium, Potassium, Vitamin Pyridoxine, Carotene, and other vitamins which keep the stomach healthy.

4. Glucose
            When you eat yogurt, the amount of glucose in the body is immediately met. So when you go out of the house, you are fed yogurt and sugar. Glucose provides instant energy to the brain and body.

5. Easy to digest
            Yogurt is digested faster than milk. The protein in yogurt can be easily digested. Eating yogurt or food made from yogurt for breakfast helps to keep the stomach light as it is digested faster than milk.

Note:
            Yogurt sugar is good for the body, but it is not good to eat yogurt sugar at night. People who have a cold and cough, asthma problems should not eat yogurt. If you are overweight or have diabetes, you should not add sugar to yogurt.
