Vitamin A
            Vitamin A works for hair growth. The antioxidants found in vitamin A prevent dandruff and thicken hair. Vitamin A is found in mango, egg, spinach, sugarcane, red chilli and lamb chilli.

Vitamin B3
            Vitamin B3 helps to prevent hair loss and thicken it. It is found in carrots, mushrooms, legumes, almonds, avocados, rice, salmon, red meat and coffee.

Vitamin B12
            Vitamin B12 builds blood cells, which makes hair strong and shiny. Vitamin B12 is found in fish, cheese, eggs, meat, etc.
